Mark and Carrie Kyle the owners of Peterson Implement are very trustworthy, dependable, patient, understanding, and reliable. There have been many times when we have called Mark in the heat of the moment for help, and he is always willing to help no matter what day or time it is. He is willing to work after hours to get you up and running, keeping you in his best interest at all times. Besides working on equipment, they also sell equipment and parts. They are not afraid to show you the competition's equipment, and let you compare what he sells to what the competition has. He is not a pushy salesman, he wants you to get what fits your needs. They go above and beyond the call of duty. We greatly appreciate all they have done for us.

Working with Peterson Implement has resulted in nothing but positive experiences. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and works fast. The rates are cheaper than other shops; but most impressive is that the owner works in the shop and does farm calls. He isn't behind a desk ordering employees around, he is right beside them getting his hands dirty. He is always willing to make time for us and even came out to our farm to fix our chopper on a Saturday morning which he had intended on taking off. We are very glad to have found such a great business to have as our "go-to" for our mechanical needs.
Sincerely,

We were long time patrons of the original owners of Peterson Implement, Eyvind and Oliver. We depended on them and their skilled crew for new and used equipment, parts and service. We know how challenging this farm service business is and we are HAPPY Mark and Carrie Kyle continued the business here in Whitehall. We have used many of their services offered - repairs, equipment rental, new equipment, on the farm and in shop service. Plus a good parts supply both on hand and dependable ordering for things not in stock. The repair staff has been growing more diversified in providing skills in equipment repair. We will continue to depend upon Peterson Implement!

My experience with Peterson Implement spans thirty-seven years. I am a commercial beekeeper and depend on Bobcat skidsteers for loading and unloading pallets of honey, pallets of beehives, as well as various related equipment. My association with Peterson Implement involves Bobcat repair, service and maintenance. Without my skidsteers working properly my business will come to a halt. As with all farming and food production businesses, timing and weather are all-important. Each year, I schedule a 48 foot flatbed to arrive here in Trempealeau County on November 15 to be loaded with five or six hundred hives of honeybees. Everything must occur exactly on time so that the load can arrive in central Florida, before sunrise, several days later. There, we will unload in first morning light when the bees are most calm. I count on my Bobcats to operate perfectly so that this loading and unloading happens without incident. Tony Filla, at Peterson's, has been the mechanic I depend on for many years. Once or twice, when my old and trusty Bobcat "610" couldn't be immediately repaired Tony would arrange for a newer rental Bobcat with forks. Often, I have called Tony from Florida for 'telephone consulting' because the closest Bobcat dealership in Florida is on the other side of Orlando. Everytime, Tony has calmly talked me through the repair, sometimes shipping me the parts. Thank you Tony, and Peterson Implement.

Peterson Implement gives you the ease of a small town atmosphere with stable, long term personnel. Personnel who are knowledgeable in the products they service and sell. When it comes to service, master mechanic, Tony has to be one of the finest in the business. Having some concerns about a new model loader, Tony gave me a couple of hours of schooling on the "in and outs" of the new loader and eased my concerns. Jason in sales then continued to answer questions and put together a deal that was everything I could fairly ask for. Steve in parts put together a filter parts order and saw to it that I received all parts even though I had forgotten to take a few home. Carrie keeps the establishment well managed.

I've been working with Peterson Implement since they opened the Durand store in 2007. Since then I've purchased 2 new McCormick tractors, a grain auger, hay rake and 2 lawn mowers one Snapper and recently a Dixie Chopper. They all treat me excellent! Mark and Carrie always take the time to visit. George (aka Mark Rinholen) in parts is a good bullsh**er. Bob always makes sure he says Hi. I've had them work on my combine in the shop and the rates were reasonable.

We have purchased several new Snapper and Dixon lawn mowers over the years. The service department at Peterson Implement is VERY accommodating. We call them up, schedule a day to bring the mower in when I come to town to work. I leave the trailer and mower there for service and pick it up on my way home. On occasion, when dad is mowing in town and a belt breaks they will work on the mower as it sits on the trailer just to get him going.
